Home Living Expert and Decorator, Khaki
“Move over Martha!“

Khaki is a native Texan who has lived all around the world including Australia, Mexico, and several places in the US. Khaki has owned her own construction company and was once the only female "builder" in the Dallas Home and Apartment Builders group. She also has experience with catering and was once a professional singer. With eight grown children, many grandchildren, and a multitude of friends, she loves to entertain by providing delicious meals in beautiful settings. Khaki is a resident expert at cooking, gardening, decorating, and really, anything that has to do with the home. She loves her family, her home, and the opportunity to share her knowledge with everyone here at HomeAndTell. So come meet Khaki, and ask her any questions you may have about gardening, cooking, decorating, crafts, DIY projects, and more. Chances are, she'll have an answer for you!

Architect and Design Expert, Roumel
“You can do this… and you do can that… “

Roumel is professional architect and design expert with over 10 years of experience. He has worked on both large scale corporate projects, such as the construction of the San Francisco Asian Art Museum and several multi-story condominiums, to the renovation and remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, exterior facades and additions of new floors. You can ask Roumel anything about outdoor projects like decks, fences, sprinkler systems and lawns, as well as indoor projects like drainage, window installation, furnaces, heating, ventilation, hardwood flooring, and general design questions. Just like you, Roumel’s passion is his house and he spends countless hours making the space his home with his wife and two sons. He looks forward to sharing his experience with you and gettng to know all of you in the HomeAndTell neighborhood.

Paint and Décor Expert ­ Ed
"Great..that will never come out of the carpet."

Ed is a friendly professional journeyman painter with over 30 years of experience. His projects have run the full spectrum from huge commercial and industrial projects, through to everyday residential projects. If it's about painting, you can bet Ed knows it all. He's got a great sense of humor and an eye for interior color. You can count on Ed to say "don't do it!" if he thinks you're going to be reaching for the wrong color that will make you unhappy in the end. Why? Because he knows that ultimately you have to be happy with the place you live. You can ask Ed about ceilings, walls, fences, decks, the list goes on! He patrols the message boards looking for people to help. No question is too small or too big. Ed's a family man and has an interest in architecture and getting to know everyone in the HomeAndTell neighborhood.

Community Host ­ HT-Linda
"Someone get the cat off my keyboard!"

Calm, cool, collected, HT-Linda has been an active online community member since time began. Well, at least since online communities came into existence. Always ready with a friendly welcome and a point in the right direction, you can find Linda helping out community members every week not only because she's part of the team, but because Linda genuinely likes people. Did we mention she likes cats, too? All seven of her cats, that is. Linda has a background in nursing and social work, and we're thrilled she's part of the HomeAndTell community team. "I could have never made long lasting friendships with people as near as Canada and as far away as Australia; it just would not be possible for me without the Internet". She is very excited to be part of HomeAndTell and looks forward to meeting all of her new neighbors and wants everyone to know that she is more than willing to lend a hand in any way that she can.
